Oxygen saturation gap 有以下幾種算法： Difference between (a) o2 saturation by pulse oximetry (SpO2) & the actual arterial o2 hemoglobin saturation (SaO2) (b) o2 saturation by pulse oximetry & calculated by blood gas analysis (ScO2) (c) calculated by blood gas analysis & measured value by co-oximetry (SaO2) 所以會有 3 種 (a) SpO2 和 co-oximeter measured Sat O2 (SaO2) 的差 (b) SpO2 和 ScO2 .. (c) ScO2 和 co-oximeter 的SaO2... 只是比較常看到再用的似乎是gap between SpO2 & SaO2
